Travel Authorization
Prior to traveling, international students are required to complete a travel authorization form from the International Student Affairs Office and have their I-20s endorsed on the back by the International Student Advisor who is the Designated School Official.

You must return this form to the International Student Affairs Office. Please remember to bring along your passport, I-20, and visa information at this time.
